1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the MPO999 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old at the time of registration. MPO999 does not permit anyone below the specified age limit to register or play.
• Is acting as an individual on their own behalf, not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• Not located in a country or territory that specifically prohibits online betting activities under applicable local laws.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not appearing on any betting exclusion list maintained by a government body or relevant regulatory organization.

3 Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) account at MPO999. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment details, are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms. MPO999 reserves the right to terminate accounts and withhold withdrawals if the information provided is found to be untrue.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

MPO999 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, online bank transfers (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank), and e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay. All transactions are processed through a secure integrated system.

Deposit: All deposits are processed in real time. The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless otherwise stated for specific promotions. MPO999 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on the method chosen and the time the request is made. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.
